1.1) PRIVACY POLICY
In order to perform any transaction through the missreina.com e-shop and to make any order of the company’s products, you will be asked to provide some personal data. When you place an order, you will be asked to provide your full name and surname, the address for the delivery of products, your fixed phone number (or whichever phone number you specify), your email address and, in case you choose to use your credit card as a payment method, you will be asked to provide the card number, its expiry date as well as the 3-digit security code of your card.
Our company shall process these data in accordance with article 7Α par. 1 (b) of Law 2472/1997, in order to complete the order placed by our customers and shall in no way disclose, publish or sell these data to any third parties, except in case a legal procedure regarding the withdrawal of confidentiality is initiated (L. 2225/1994) or according to other obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006
Your personal data shall be disclosed to the relevant bank (i.e. the credit card number) and shall be DELETED from our database immediately after the completion of your order, thus ensuring a higher level of security.

2.1)By charging your credit card. Charging of credit card takes place on the date the procedure of dispatching of products begins. Our website, www.missreina.com, has taken all necessary precautions regarding the security of your transactions through your credit card and all credit and debit card holders are subject to validity control.
missreina.com accepts all major Visa and MasterCard credit cards. You will need to complete all credit card information (card number, expiration date, CCV) to register your requested order.
It is important to specify necessarily a phone number and a valid e-mail address.

2.2)By cash on delivery (Greece only) on the moment you will receive the ordered products. In this case, the customers will be charged the amount of 3,00 euros for Greece .

2.3) Payment via PayPal:
PayPal is an online money transfer service. It is used worldwide for secure transactions over the Internet and is considered one of the most popular and secure payment methods.

2.4). Deposit to Bank Accounts :

ATTENTION: in case of a money transfer to our bank account from a different bank  any charges that may occur is on customers side. Customer will be charged with a COD 3€ +the bank charges .

The respective bank account number will be also shown to you when you choose the correspondent bank for your payment
For the order to be valid, the transaction should be confirmed by the Bank
Orders will be processed only after missreina.com has received the aforementioned bank confirmation. Consequently, delivery time starts counting from that moment.

3)Return policy
You have the right to return a product or products within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. In case you want to return a product fill in the special Return Form found in the packaging in order to inform us why you wish to return the item as well as the manner in which we can best serve you. In the event that your return is not caused by company’s fault, you will be charged with the cost of returning goods. If the reason of your return concerns company’s fault then the company will undertake the cost of returning clothing. In case you missed the special form you can download it from here.

3.1) RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For hygiene reasons, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.
We do not offer a free returns service. We recommend that you post any returns to us using a method that is trackable or alternatively obtain a “certificate of Posting”, as we cannot be held responsible for any items without proof of posting.
Returns are usually processed within a few days of receiving the goods back.

The Return Form offers you the following options:

A) Exchange. We will do our best to exchange the returned product whether this was defective (same code, different size or color), or if you received the wrong code, or it is not the right size for you or for any other reason which you can complete at the form (choose Exchange on the Return Form). For the best service, we advise that within 24 hours from receipt, you inform us on your wish to exchange the product.

B) Credit. Credit the value of the returned item to your special coupon that we will send to you when we receive the returned product in order to use it during your next purchase. The coupon will be sent within three days of receipt of goods to our warehouse (Option Credit to the Return Form).

C)Money Refund : After receiving product and after quality control , the amount of money that the product cost will be refunded to you within 5-7 working  days .

Please be noted that we cannot accept money refund if product is purchased during SALES PERIOD WINTER /SUMMER, BLACK FRIDAY WEEEKEND , MID SEASON SALES ,10 DAYS OFFERS ,BAZAAR and to products which price is 15€  or under 15€

Please note that when you return a product must know the order number, product code, and your desire for Exchange, Refund or Credit, so we can accommodate your request as soon as possible and accurately.

*In the case exchange is not possible due to lack of availability for the requested clothing; we will contact you offering you choices
* All the returned products should be in their original quality state and labels should not have been removed.
*The responsibility for returning the product to our warehouses is exclusively the customer’s. This is why you should make sure the product is properly packaged when returned.

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. 5) ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

5.1)In order to make purchases on missreina.com you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the MISSREINA terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to MISSREINA, whose applications are acceptable to MISSREINA and who have authorized MISSREINA to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. MISSREINA reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

5.2)ORDERS
Making an order through the e-shop signifies that you enter into a distance selling agreement, which is governed by the legal frame of Law 2251/1994, as modified.
You may enter into a valid order through our e-shop provided that you are a legally capable person according to the Greek Civil Code (that is if you are eighteen years of age or older and you are not placed under judicial guardianship regarding the entering into sales agreements). Representatives of legal entities may also place orders; our company reserves the right to claim from supervisors or guardians any order made by legally incapacitated persons.

5.3)ORDERS & AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
MISSREINA offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center otherwise an “out of stock” notification is shown on product tables. If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our Site, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site.
MISSREINA will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.

6). PRICING POLICY
Prices shown on the Site are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate (24%) .All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The Euros price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error.
Product prices are subject to change.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. Please note that any customs charges are payable by the buyer and we take no responsibility for these charges.

7) ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and MISSREINA will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the ‘Terms and Conditions’.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

8) DELIVERY
MISSREINA.com insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by MISSREINA.com, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. MISSREINA.com is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Delivery times depends on the shipping company we cooperate with and the information provided by the carriers.
MISSREINA therefore bears no responsibility for any delay on the part of transportation companies. The delivery times do not include Sundays and holidays.
The customer must provide accurate delivery address when placing the order, and be available to receive the parcel when it arrives.
Upon receipt of the order and the presence of the distributor, you are obliged to check the condition of the goods before signing the delivery document and therefore accept the parcel. We advise that you do not limit yourself only to the control of the state outside of the package, since it not necessarily reflects the condition of the goods inside.
Any failure to comply with the above conditions no complaint or request will be accepted.
Delivery and Shipping Cost:
Deliveries in Cyprus incur shipping costs of 15, 00 € per order -3-4 days delivery or 8,00€- 7-8 days delivery
Deliveries in the EU incur shipping costs of 28, 00 € per order.

8.1). INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Deliveries outside EU are subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you or the recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies, import duty or formal customs entry may apply to all products purchased from us. Please ensure that you enter the correct international delivery address and postcode. If the address is entered incorrectly or if customs duties or formal customs entry are required, the delivery may be delayed. We are unable to offer you any assistance if either issue arises.
Please note that many countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. You are responsible for checking with the local customs authorities before placing an order for international delivery. We are unable to offer you any assistance in this regard. If the international delivery is outside the EU, is it advisable to keep your total basket value below the customs duty threshold of the destination country.
